Designing for an expert field, such as mortages aimed at restoration housing, brings it's challenges. The number of stakeholders are specific, numerous and everyone needs to be emphasised. It al comes down to this, what does the customer of our customer need. That's the job.
The design is aimed at categorizing information so that a user is not overwhelmed by the amount of information. We introduced tooling to help the user understand what the Restauratiefonds is about and how it can help them. And we wanted to put more focus on the brand through succes stories of people that used the service of the Restauratiefonds.
